• To start everything well everybody needs to be in good health condition and not under effect of any narcotic or alcohol;

• If you have any COVID-19 symptoms please do not board. The Crew is allowed to judge in this matter; In case you choose to bring your own drinks and food, a cleaning fee of 50€ will be charged, which can be returned upon final conditions of the boat; 

​

• It's forbidden to bring any glass bottles or glasses into the boat (except special requests): 

​

• It's forbidden to bring  or smoke Hookah; It's forbidden to bring confetti to the boat;

​

• The Skipper can cancel the trip or prevent anyone to board any time he/she finds it needed;

​

• The maximum capactiy of the boat is 14 customers, without exception - check the COVID-19 restrictions. 

​

• The Skipper is the person in charge of your safety so please do not disturb him while he is on the commands;

​

• We want to have drinks and food to everyone, so please do not take anything from the fridge or other locker, only crew members are allowed to do it. Any stolen item can be charged to the client;

​

• In order to avoid compromising the sound system, it is not allowed to touch any of the speakers or other multimedia device (except if authorized by the crew and only to pair any personal device);

​

• It's extremely forbidden to spill any kind of liquid into the speakers. Any damaged to any part of the system, will be charged to the client;

​

• We need to do more trips with this boat, so please do not do anything that can compromise the next trip. Any damage to the boat, can be charged to client;

​

• The Crew of this catamaran is well informed about the boat and the local weather conditions, so please respect their requests when any security measure needs to be taken;

​

• Do not touch any navigation or operating device. Any damage to them can be charged to the client;

​

• Some people do not like the smoke of a cigarette, so please respect them and do not smoke inside the cabin. A fine of 150€ can be applied; 

​

• It's forbidden to smoke in the Fly-bridge;

​

• In completion with the Portuguese law, and to avoid any kind of accidents, the consumption of alcohol from persons under 18 years old, is forbidden (in case the crew, finds it needed, it can ask for Identification);

​

• Also to prevent accidents the crew is allowed to refuse to sell alcohol to any person, they think is already "happy enough";

​

• It's completely forbidden to take any kind of narcotics to the vessel, and its consume on board its also not allowed. The right to alert the authorities is reserved to the Crew;

​

• Being this a fun and relaxed trip, please respect the other passengers, and in any case of some miss understood please call immediately a member of the crew. They will help;

​

• This boat is equipped with live jackets available for every passenger, a life raft, life buoys and all the security and emergency devices required;

​

• The little ones are more fragile and the ones we care the most, so all kids under 10 years old must wear a life jacket during all trip;

​

• The ones who are over 10 and feel likely to wear a lifejacket, please feel free to ask the crew for itIf you fell sea seek we have pills to make you feel better, just ask the crew.

​

• For your safety and to be easy to manage the all trip, please follow the crew instructions about the allowed or disallowed areas in the boat.

​

• This boat is equipped with a small toilet, that is for both man and women, so please respect the other passengers and keep it clean. The operating instructions will be provided by the crew.

​

• Due to weather conditions or dives, sometimes the outside deck can get slippery, so please be careful and aware at all times and follow the instructions given by the Crew.

​

• There is lot of fun in diving from the boat to the sea, but it can also be dangerous, so please respect the crew for instructions about this subject. Be aware that you are diving and jumping at your own risk and responsibility. Please be careful

​

•  It's completely forbidden to dive it to water without authorization.

​

• In case of any unexpected situation, such as a malfunction or bad weather conditions, the trip is considered completed once 85% of its duration is concluded.

​

• We are in the sea so please be careful with your personal objects in order for them not to fall into water. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost object;

​

• I agree with the canceling and payment policy of the company; 

​

• Please be carefull when walking on the side of the boat, make sure you always have at least one free hand to hold yourself.

​

• Have a lot o fun. Appreciate the view! Have inspirational talks and thoughts!

​

• Laugh a lot. Take a lot of pictures!
